Initially our goals are determined by our client’s needs, mission, and budget. Our secondary goal is to discover and deliver procedural improvements, regulatory findings, and revenue enhancements during the course of our work, such that the cost of our work is substantially funded by our findings and recommendations.

Real Estate Site Administration		To manage on-site operations for 180,000 SF of medical tenancies including clinic operations, a school of nursing, a dental clinic, and a psychiatric hospital.
Real Estate Development		To provide development and support services necessary to coordinate land use planners, zoning counsel, surveys, tax lot and zoning lot subdivision applications, and environmental studies.
Healthcare Compliance		To provide the coordination of environment of care, emergency management, and life safety audit services.
Healthcare Emergency Preparedness Services		To audit procedures relative to new regulations and emerging guidelines and to provide guidance and direction in both procedural and operational challenges.
Real Estate Sales, Transaction Support and Relocation Services		To contact brokers and short-list sites supporting the client’s transportation needs, parking requirements, and office space demands in an effort to find the most cost-effective and operationally suitable site.
Project Management & Development Services		To provide support documentation to assist the client's board in determination of the highest and best use of several medical office buildings and to provide support services necessary to explore development rights for a city hospital.
Crisis Management: Claims Management, Inspection Readiness, On-site Support		To provide insurance claim support services to enable client to track costs associated with the substantial damages created during two emergencies.
Grant Management Services		To reconcile grant budget projections to current cost implications, to note variances timely for corrective measures and value engineering and to introduce accounting protocols to support Department of Health reporting requirements.
