Lindsey VanEtten joined Salmon Holdings in 2006 as operations manager. Since then, she has expanded her services to perform organizational assistance to corporations including on-site data organization, report preparation, file management, and real estate consulting during bankruptcy proceedings. In addition to providing day-to-day operations management for a mid-size consulting firm, Lindsey provides on-site administrative assistance to the firm’s healthcare clients.
Working with seasoned veterans, she was responsible for the development of a detailed accounting system to manage a complex variety of client-specific accounting codes. In this effort, Lindsey migrated the books from a small two-person consulting firm to a multiuser server-based accounting system which today accounts for all aspects of that operation. She handles accounts payable and receivable and manages client billing, annual budgeting, and collections.
Lindsey oversees the coordination of the firm’s information system needs including the company’s 2005 growth from simple laptop and phone communications to a complex multiserver infrastructure, managing secure, off-site back-up of client files, multiuser access to accounting and billing systems, and multiuser access to shared databases and corporate drives as well as security access and controls.
In 2005, Lindsey became a New York State licensed real estate salesperson.
