Maureen K. Wrenn joined Salmon Holdings in 2005 as a database consultant. Assigned to handle a prominent New York City health-care system client, she developed and constructed a complex lease-tracking database to assist senior management in sorting through a complex decision-making process revolving around a bankruptcy proceeding encompassing more than $300M in real estate refinancing in four NYC boroughs and complex leasing scenarios and business agreement structures. She developed purchase requisition and check request databases which permitted front-end users access to real-time budget and vendor data. Today, Maureen continues to provide all database support for this corporate real estate client.
Previously, Maureen held the position of information technology business analyst where she led the selection, implementation, rollout, and administration of a new company-wide sales system. With five years’ experience in the real estate/relocation industry as a quality assurance analyst, she managed multiple large-scale operation projects internally to achieve data integrity, operations process improvement, and reporting improvements. Prior to her quality assurance work, Maureen was the primary liaison between her employer, a leading corporate relocation company and some of their largest high profile clients including General Electric and Pepsi. As a real estate relocation consultant, she was responsible for the administration of relocation benefits, both on-site and off-site, and the management of vendors providing those services.
Maureen is a highly innovative individual with the expertise to troubleshoot, initiate change, and implement quality improvement processing. She has outstanding analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret and summarize data.
