Real Estate Portfolio: Mergers, Acquisitions and Bankruptcy Support		Provided corporate real estate support services over a two-year period including closing support services, clearing of violations, documentation for post-closing escrow accounts, and attendance at a four-day closing for closings totaling over $250 M.
Real Estate Site Administration		Managed site operations for a two-year period including the management of a 10M budget, creation of updated operating policies and procedures, and administration of the operation of complicated mechanical and electrical systems.
Real Estate Development		Coordinated the subdivision of the campus into four parcels and managed the sale of strategically designed tax lots to purchasers with varying healthcare and community missions and varying site requirements. Worked with senior corporate manager to maximize income, assisting in the creation of a $25M+ revenue potential from a lump sale value of $7M.
Healthcare Compliance		Provided revision to, and re-drafting of policies and procedures, provided on-site support services to senior facilities management, and assisted in a nine (9) month readiness initiative resulting in a Joint Commission survey with no negative findings.
Healthcare Emergency Preparedness Services		Successful coordination of the implementation of an Emergency Operations Plan incorporating the Hospital Incident Command System in conjunction with compliance with the National Incident Management System.
Real Estate Sales, Transaction Support and Relocation Services		Provided recommendations for relocation and complete services as owner's representative completing negotiation of rents, submission of board approval documents, review of lease documents, coordination and relocation of staff, and the closure of the previous site operations.
Project Management & Development Services		Coordinated board presentation site plans and property development pro-formas necessary to bring the board to a development decision.
Crisis Management: Claims Management, Inspection Readiness, On-site Support		Provided tracking systems and scanning services necessary to provide support for a $500,000 flood claim and a $12M+ elevator fire claim, including relocation support services for 50 employees.
Grant Management Services		Provided project audit and project reporting mechanisms, provided finance, construction and equipment reporting, instituted cost codes in support of Certificate of Need Certified Costs reporting, provided negotiation support for construction manager and three architectural contracts.
