Via the use of detailed tracking and documentation, Salmon Holdings has achieved optimum results in obtaining local, state, and federal grant dollars and/or providing reporting mechanisms documenting the resulting expenditures for these special projects.

Our experience to date includes Homeland Security and FEMA grants as well as New York State Department of Health grants.

Currently, the management of our largest grant includes the tracking of $19M in client expenditures over an eighteen month period. In preparation of this charge, we implemented grant specific construction-in-progress (C.I.P.) cost codes and budgets for our client thus streamlining their accounting functions.
