Healthcare Compliance

 

Salmon Holdings provides tracking systems for compliance and regulatory issues (including The Joint Commission (TJC) preparations), violations, liens, inspections, elevator maintenance, escrows, and real estate securities. In addition we assist clients with obtaining appropriate auditing services and support. We will modify existing systems or institute new systems to best meet each client’s needs. These services can be of specific use during due diligence periods for mergers and acquisitions as well as during preparation for regulatory inspections.


We provide policy and procedure review, emergency management support, preparedness and process review, and general compliance planning and audit support.


We work with your management and vendors to coordinate and incorporate State Health Department regulations and Joint Commission standards in the development of documentation for our clients in the areas of safety, security, medical equipment, hazardous materials and waste, fire safety, utility systems, and emergency management.


Of importance in updating procedures relative to all regulatory and compliance mandates is not only the acquisition of grant funding, but also the accounting for and management of those awards (see Grant Funding).
